Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the DORAVA app and the dorava.day website (together, "the Service"), operated by DORAVA at dorava.day ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

본 약관은 DORAVA(dorava.day, 이하 "회사")가 운영하는 DORAVA 앱과 dorava.day 웹사이트(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 적용됩니다. 서비스를 설치하거나 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. What DORAVA does

DORAVA records a journey you start and end, matches photos from your device to that journey, and creates a replay video on a map. Recording, replaying and a free preview are available without payment. Some export options are paid.

DORAVA는 사용자가 시작·종료한 여행을 기록하고, 기기의 사진을 여행에 맞춰 지도 위 Replay 영상으로 만듭니다. 기록·Replay·무료 미리보기는 결제 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 일부 내보내기 옵션은 유료입니다.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

서비스는 만 13세 이상(또는 거주 국가의 최소 연령 이상)만 이용할 수 있습니다.

3. Accounts

An account is optional and is required only for products that follow you across devices (for example, video packs). You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

계정은 선택 사항이며 기기 간에 따라다니는 상품(예: 영상 팩)에만 필요합니다. 로그인 정보의 관리와 계정에서 이루어진 활동에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 계정은 언제든 문의를 통해 삭제할 수 있습니다.

4. Purchases and refunds

Paid features are sold as one-time digital purchases through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policy; we do not process payments ourselves. A purchased video is delivered when the export completes on your device. Video packs are tied to your account and do not expire.

유료 기능은 Google Play를 통한 일회성 디지털 상품으로 판매됩니다. 가격은 구매 전 앱에 표시됩니다. 결제·청구·환불은 Google Play 환불 정책에 따라 Google Play가 처리하며 회사가 직접 결제를 처리하지 않습니다. 구매한 영상은 기기에서 내보내기가 완료될 때 제공됩니다. 영상 팩은 계정에 귀속되며 만료되지 않습니다.

5. Your content

Your journeys, photos and the replay videos you create are yours. They are processed on your device and we do not claim any ownership of them. You are responsible for the photos you use and for how you share the videos you export.

여행 기록, 사진, 사용자가 만든 Replay 영상은 사용자의 것입니다. 이들은 기기에서 처리되며 회사는 어떠한 권리도 주장하지 않습니다. 사용하는 사진과 내보낸 영상의 공유에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

6. Maps

Map imagery in replays is provided by Google Maps and is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Attribution shown in the video must not be removed.

Replay의 지도 이미지는 Google Maps가 제공하며 Google Maps/Google Earth 추가 서비스 약관의 적용을 받습니다. 영상에 표시되는 저작권 표시는 제거할 수 없습니다.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to track another person without their consent, to infringe anyone's rights, to reverse-engineer or interfere with the app, or in violation of applicable law.

타인의 동의 없는 위치 추적, 타인의 권리 침해, 앱의 역설계·방해, 관련 법령 위반 목적으로 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features of the Service. Background location recording depends on your device's settings and battery policies, which we do not control; a journey may be incomplete if the system stops the app.

회사는 서비스의 기능을 변경·개선·중단할 수 있습니다. 백그라운드 위치 기록은 기기 설정과 배터리 정책에 따라 달라지며 회사가 통제할 수 없습니다. 시스템이 앱을 중단하면 여행 기록이 불완전할 수 있습니다.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of journeys, photos or videos stored on your device. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 회사는 간접·부수적·결과적 손해와 기기에 저장된 여행·사진·영상의 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 회사의 총 책임은 청구 전 12개월간 사용자가 회사에 지급한 금액을 한도로 합니다.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

사용자는 앱을 삭제하여 언제든 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 회사는 본 약관을 위반한 이용을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of your country of residence.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 본 약관은 사용자의 거주 국가 법률이 정한 강행적 소비자 보호를 제한하지 않습니다.

12. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
